For the woman moving through different seasons of life while feeling worn down by years of dieting and body dissatisfaction – this isn’t about another plan, it’s about learning to listen to what your body actually needs. Together we'll discover what truly nourishes you — and build a way of living that is genuinely, completely yours.
Kim Raring has spent over 30 years helping women step out of the cycle of dieting and into a more grounded, trusting relationship with their bodies. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Life Coach with a master’s in nutrition from Columbia University she brings both the clinical knowledge and lived understanding that information alone never changed anyone’s relationship with food.
Her approach is whole-person - meeting each woman where she is, moving away from external rules, and toward what her body already knows.
A whole-person approach — nourishment, movement, sleep, hydration, and intuitive eating — guided by your body's wisdom, not someone else's rules.
Gentle exploration of the patterns keeping you stuck, paired with doable “tiny turtle steps” that create real, lasting change.
Collaborative guidance that holds space for reflection, accountability, and real possibility — building habits that ripple into more clarity, joy, and ease.

After six sessions, I felt more empowered about my health choices than I ever have
before. Kim helped me let go of outdated ‘good vs. bad’ food rules and tune into my body as the guide for what truly works for me. I think of Kim every day when
planning meals, choosing snacks, and noticing hunger or fullness.
Kim is simply phenomenal—a breath of fresh air in a world filled with restrictive diets and health advice that leaves you feeling stressed and less-than.

Letting go of guilt while learning how to make small, healthier food choices. I’m now more aware of my shopping and eating habits, and I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a mindset change around food.
I had been a yo-yo dieter for years and carried a lot of guilt and blame around food. Working with Kim helped me shift my mindset.
