Kim is a Registered Dietitian, intuitive guide, and educator with over 30 years of experience helping clients nourish their whole selves—body, mind, and spirit.
Her approach to wellness is rooted in the healing power of real food, mindful movement, and nature connection, while also guiding clients to listen deeply to their inner wisdom and the messages the body reveals. Whether supporting physical health, emotional balance, or spiritual clarity, Kim brings a deeply personalized and compassionate touch to her work.
In addition to 1:1 nutrition counseling, Kim offers intuitive Akashic Record readings—a soul-centered practice that allows clients to explore their energetic patterns, soul gifts, life lessons, and the blocks that may be limiting their fullest expression. Through this work, Kim helps clients gain clarity, reconnect with their true selves, and align with their purpose from the inside out.
She believes that true wellness is multidimensional—nourishing not just the physical body, but also the spirit and soul.
Kim also shares her passion for holistic health as an Adjunct Professor at Stockton University in southern New Jersey, where she teaches students about the power of real food and lifestyle medicine. She holds certifications as an Intrinsic Health Coach and continually integrates both science-based and intuitive practices into her evolving work.
Kim’s mission is to guide and inspire others to create a vibrant, aligned life—one rooted in self-trust, vitality, and joy.
