My story

That shift is what I now help other women find.

I partner with women who are tired of following everyone else’s rules about their bodies – and ready to find a way that actually feels like them.

My approach is whole-person – nourishment, movement, sleep, hydration, intuitive eating – all of it working together, guided by your body’s wisdom rather than someone else’s plan. I help clients get to the root of patterns that aren’t working, then build doable, tiny turtle steps toward something sustainable. Not a quick fix. A way of living that allows real flexibility and freedom – internal wisdom over external should’s and have-to’s.

That shift doesn’t only occur in relation to food and the body. Women I work with find it rippling into their relationships, their energy, their sense of what’s possible.

My style is collaborative, not prescriptive. I listen with compassion and full presence, and I show up for both accountability and real change. A woman’s relationship with food is an intimate one.
